摘要
7A04铝合金变焦距组件在硬质氧化处理后出现氧化膜局部粗糙、零件腐蚀的现象。为此,对工艺进行了分析,发现影响氧化膜质量的原因为搅拌强度不足,导致零件局部过热。通过提高搅拌强度,变焦距组件氧化膜质量合格。
Cam-varifocal mechanism made of 7A04 aluminum al-loy is liable to local coarsening and corrosion of oxide coatings af-ter hard anodizing. Thus the anodizing process was analyzed, andthe causes leading to local coarsening and corrosion of the oxidecoatings on the cam-varifocal mechanism were explored. It wasfound that the poor quality of the anodizing coatings on the Al al-loy was attributed to insufficient agitation, which led to localoverheating. It was feasible to prepare cam-varifocal mechanismwith qualified anodizing coatings by properly increasing the inten-sity of agitation.
