摘要
目的:探讨磁共振T2WI、T2flair、DWI序列在脑白质疏松症(leukoaraiosis,LA)中的应用价值。方法:收集50例LA,均行T2WI、T2flair、DWI检查,其中6例行MRA检查。结果:T2WI共发现195个LA病灶,T2flai共发现253个LA病灶,两者的差异有统计学意义;15例LA病灶在DWI上呈稍高信号,其中3例LA病灶内包含脑梗死灶;T2WI发现急性脑梗死2例,DWI发现急性脑梗死5例。结论:T2WI作为基本的MRI扫描序列,能较好显示脑白质疏松症病灶,T2flair序列能提高脑白质疏松的病灶检出率,DWI序列作为补充序列,能准确鉴别急性梗死灶与脑白质疏松症病灶。
Objective: To explore the value of MR/ T2WI, T2flair and DWI sequence applied in leukoaraiosis. Methods: 50 cases of leukoaraiosis examined with MR/ T2WI,T2flair and DWI sequence, including 6 cases examined with MRA,were collected. Results: 195 LA lesions were found on T2WI sequence. 235 LA lesions were found on T2 flair sequence. The detection rate differnce betwen T2WI and T2falir sequence have statistical significance. 15 cases LA lesions present slightly hyperintense signal on DWI sequence. 3 cases acute cerebral infarction were found in LA lesion. 2 cases acute cerebral infarction were found on T2WI sequence. 5 cases acute cerebral infarction were found on DWI squence. Conclusion: Major leukoaraiosis lesions could be found on T2WI, it may be looked as basic MR/ scan sequence for detection LA lesion. T2flair could improve the detection rate of leukoaraiosis. DWI as supplementary MR/sequence could identify acute or old cerebral infarction, infarction or leukoaraiosis.
