摘要 目的探讨胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白7(IGFBP7)在小鼠白念珠菌性阴道炎模型中的表达及其临床意义。方法建立Balb/c小鼠白念珠菌性阴道炎模型,采用PAS染色、免疫组化及荧光PCR检测感染组与正常组中念珠菌感染情况、半胱氨酸蛋白酶3(caspase3)、IGFBP7表达的差异。结果成功构建Balb/c小鼠白念珠菌性阴道炎模型,感染组阴道分泌物涂片及阴道组织见大量念珠菌丝及炎症细胞浸润,caspase3,IGFBP7在感染组中较正常组高表达(P<0.01),且两者表达呈正相关rs=0.791。结论IGFBP7高表达可能在念珠菌性阴道炎中起重要的致病作用。 Objective To investigate the expression of IGFBP7 ( insulin-like growth factor-binding protein-7 ) in Balb/ c mouse model of monilia albicans vaginitis. Methods Balb/c mouse model of Candidal vaginitis was established and the expression of caspase3 and IGFBP'7 between the infected group of rnonilia albicans and the normal group were detected by PAS stain, immunohistochemica technique and real-time quantitative fluorescent PCR respectively. Results Balb/c mouse model of Candidal vaginitis was constructed successfully. A great quantities of Monilia myeelia and inflammatory cells infiltration were found in the Vaginal secretions and vagina tissue of the infected group. IGFBP7 and caspase3 were over-expressed in the infected group compared with control ( P 〈 0.01 ). Meanwhile there was positive con'elation between caspase3 and IGFBP7, r =0. 791. Conclusion The over-expression of IGFBP7 may play an important role in the pathogenic mechanism of Candidal vaginitis.
