摘要
入党动机功利化、发展质量跟不上速度、重入党前教育、轻入党后教育,支部建设不够规范是高校党建存在的主要问题,解决这些问题要坚持发展导向、以人为本,统筹兼顾。
Existing problems in Party construction among college students include utilitarian motives, recruitment quality falling behind the speed, making light of post - admittance education and lack of standardization. To solve these problems, Party construction work must be development - oriented, people- oriented, and make overall planning.
