摘要
提出了384×288非制冷红外焦平面UL03162驱动电路和焦平面器件模拟输出信号数字化的设计方法,从理论和实际上论述了偏置电压对焦平面器件性能的影响,阐明了偏置电压的产生方案,并简要说明时序控制产生和转换器选择的方法,为焦平面高性能、稳定可靠的工作提供了必要条件。通过测试系统检测,RMS噪声为312.4μV,充分发挥了该器件的优良性能。
the design methods on drive circuit and analog output digitization of 384 × 288 uncooled infrared focal plane UL03162 were presented, the impact of the bias voltage on the focal plane device performance were discussed in theory and practice, the bias voltage generation programs were clarified, and methods of the timing control generation and selecting converter were described in brief. It provided the necessary conditions on working high-performance stably and reliably for focal plane. Through measuring using the test system, RMS noise is 312.4 uV, the superior performance of the device had been performed.
