摘要
经济要发展,人才是根本。区域产业结构调整与转型升级必然会引发人才需求的变化。做好产业结构调整大势之下区域技能型人才的需求预测,对于引导属地职业院校及时调整专业设置和人才培养计划,更好地服务区域经济发展,促进区域经济成功升级转型,具有重大意义。本调查立足园区,服务园区,通过对调查数据的综合分析,在人才培养、体制架构等方面提出了建设性的意见。
In economic development, human resources is fundamental. The regional industrial structure adjustment and transformation and upgrading of human resources will inevitably lead to changes in demand. Well below the general trend of rcglonal industrial structure adjustment and skilled talents demand forecasts for the territorial vocational schools guide timely adjustment of professional set-up and personnel training programs to better serve the regional eeonomie development, promote regional economic suceess and upgrade, is of great siguiflcanee. The survey based parks, services, parks, through a comprehensive analysis of survey data, in personnel training, institutional structure and so put forward constructive comments.
