钴对肉兔生长性能、免疫及生化指标的研究 被引量:6

摘要 探讨日粮添加钴对断奶~2月龄生长肉兔生产性能、免疫性能、血液生化指标及屠宰性能的影响。选用80只断奶新西兰肉兔,随机分成4个处理组,在基础日粮中添加不同水平的钴(0、0.1、0.5和2.5mg/kg)。试验期23d。结果表明:日粮添加不同水平钴对平均日增质量(ADG)和料重比(F/G)有显著影响,0.1mg/kg钴添加组显著优于未添加组,各组间平均日采食量无显著差异;日粮添加不同水平的钴对胸腺指数有极显著影响,对脾指数、IgA、IgG和IgM无显著影响;日粮添加不同水平的钴对血清球蛋白、总蛋白含量和白球比有显著影响,对血清白蛋白和尿素氮含量无显著影响;日粮添加不同水平的钴对肌肉剪切力有显著影响,对全净膛屠宰率、半净膛屠宰率、失水率和滴水损失无显著影响。断奶~2月龄生长肉兔日粮中适宜的钴添加水平为0.1mg/kg,但改善肌肉嫩度需要添加0.5mg/kg钴。
