基于过程管理的高校图书馆个性化信息服务研究

Study on Personalized Service of University Library Based on Process Management

分析影响高校图书馆个性化信息服务的主要因素,认为技术支撑、系统功能、用户需求、用户接受信息的能力、工作人员素质、宣传与用户培训对高校图书馆个性化信息服务起主要影响作用;对高校图书馆个性化信息服务的一般过程进行阐述,在此基础上构建基于过程管理的高校图书馆个性化信息服务模型,最后对高校图书馆个性化息信服务策略进行分析。

This paper analyzed the primary factors which influence the personalized service of university library,which thought that the technical support,the system function,the user＇s＇ needs,the user＇s ability to accept the information,the staff quality,the propaganda and user training are the main factors which influence the personalized service in university library.The paper elaborated the general process of personalized service,constructed the personalized service model of university library based on the process management.At last the article put forward the strategies of personalized service in university library.
