我国国有企业薪酬激励体系尚不完善,怎样建立科学合理的薪酬激励机制,以发挥薪酬的最佳激励效果,从而使企业吸引人才,留住人才,形成一支稳定、高素质的员工队伍,实现企业可持续发展,是我国国有企业人力资源管理方面亟待解决的问题。
