摘要
提出一种智能化模拟仿真开关量控制过程的方法,以逻辑展开图作为编制模拟仿真组态程序的"脚本",区别两种开关量输入:对人工操作输入用触摸屏窗口的软元件改变PLC对应输入通道状态;对控制过程输入依照逻辑展开图确定由此输出作用而产生的输入状态,智能化设定为逻辑展开图中所要求的状态。PLC根据输入通道状态,执行梯形图程序,产生相应的输出驱动,对仿真结果进行自动判断和提示。
This article presents a method of the intelligent analog simulation of switch quantity control process, which uses the expanded diagram of the logic as "script" for the establishment of simulation configuration program, and distinguishes two kinds of switch quantity input: On the manual input, to change the corresponding input channel state of PLC with the soft component of touch-screen window; on the control process input, to determine the input state re- sulting from the output action according to the expanded diagram of the logic, and intelligently set the state as the re- quired state of the logic expanded diagram. According to the input channel state, PLC carries out the ladder diagram procedure and generates the corresponding output actuation, and also automatically estimates and points out the results of simulation.
