Klinefelter综合征患者胚胎着床前遗传学诊断的临床应用

Preimplantation genetic diagnosis in Klinefelter′s syndrome patients.

目的探讨着床前遗传学诊断技术在Klinefelter综合征中的临床应用。方法对3例存在生精功能的Klinefelter综合征患者的21枚胚胎进行着床前遗传学诊断,选择正常核型的胚胎移植。结果3对夫妇中2对夫妇获得妊娠,分娩了4个健康子代。结论胚胎着床前遗传学诊断技术可以为Klinefelter综合征患者获得健康子代提供帮助。

Objectives： To study the application of preimplantation genetic diagnosis in Klinefeher＇s syndrome patients. Methods： 3 focal spermatogenesis Klinefeher＇s syndrome patients were included in the IVF - PGD cycles. Results ： 2 couples resulted in clinical pregnancies, and four healthy babies were born. Conclusion： PGD is a good technique for the Klinefeher＇s syndrome patients .
