摘要
在典型调查的基础上,运用问卷调查、AHP、集约度综合评价模型等方法,对海南省洋浦经济开发区土地集约利用状况进行分析和测算。结果表明,洋浦土地利用集约度处于一个较高的水平,其中管理绩效分值为100,说明土地供应已完全实现了市场化,土地利用监管有力;用地效益分值为90.45,说明工业用地投入产出强度高;土地利用状况分值为69.64,是土地集约利用潜力所在,其主要通过提高土地利用强度、软硬件环境的不断完善和提高开发区的用地门槛来实现。
The intensive land use pattern in development zone has a positive effect for demonstrating rational and high efficient urban land use. Taken Yangpu development zone as a case, the possibilities of land use in economic development zone were analyzed on the basis of integrated approach consisted of questionnaire investigation, Analytical hierarchy process, and intensive degree comprehensive evaluation model, etc. The results showed that the development zone of Yangpu acquired a high level of intensive land use. Its management performance had a calculated value of 100, which indicated the completely utilization of land marketization and strongly supervision of land utilization. The area benefit value amounted to 90.45, which reflected a high level of input-output coefficient for industrial land. The value of land use status was 69.64, which indicated high potential for development. The proposed methods for a high intensive level included increasing land use intensity, improving software and hardware facilities as well as raising the threshold of land use.
