摘要 翘曲变形在注塑模具生产过程中已经成为日益凸显的问题。如何在不增加生产成本和生产周期的情况下对制件进行翘曲分析是目前应当着手解决的问题。欧特克(Autodesk)公司出品的Moldflow模流分析计算机辅助软件为注塑成型生产企业提供了解决方案。文章利用Moldflow对某电器的活动后盖进行翘曲分析,确定了翘曲产生原因,通过优化工艺条件,改善冷却系统,达到了减少翘曲,增强冷却效果,降低模具温度等目的,从而提高了成型过程的生产效率。 Warpagc has increasingly become a prominent problem during the injection molding process. The analysis of warpage in making molding parts should be considered currently without increasing production costs and the production cycle. The CAE software Moldflow developed by Autodesk corporation provides a solution for the injection molding manufacturer. In this paper, the software Moldfiow is used in analyzing an electric-appliance's demountable rear cover and investigating the causes of warpage. By optimizing the process conditions and improving the cooling system, the warpage is reduced, as the cooling effect is enhanced, mold temperature is lowered, thus improve the production efficiency in the molding process.
