驴乳粉缓解小鼠体力疲劳作用的实验研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨驴乳粉缓解小鼠体力疲劳的作用。方法144只健康成年ICR小白鼠随机分为3批(每批48只),每批动物随机分为对照组、驴乳粉低、中、高剂量共4组(每组12只),驴乳粉低、中、高剂量(5、10、20g·kg-1.d-1)组分别灌胃给予驴乳粉溶液,对照组灌胃等体积蒸馏水,连续30d,第31天按照中华人民共和国卫生部《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003版)测定各组小鼠负重游泳时间、血清尿素氮(BUN)含量和肝糖原含量。结果驴乳粉各剂量组血清尿素氮含量与对照组比较均有降低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);驴乳粉中、高剂量组肝糖原含量与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);驴乳粉高剂量组负重游泳时间与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论驴乳粉具有一定缓解小鼠体力疲劳的作用。 Objective To observe the anti-fatigue effects of donkey milk powder on mice. Methods One hundred and twenty eight male ICR mice were randomly divided into three groups (n=48) for swimming test, serum urea assay, and liver glycogen assay respectively. Each group was divided into the following four subgroups (n =12). low, middle, high dose groups of donkey milk powder, and control group. The donkey milk powder was given intragastrically at the dosage of 5, 10, and 20 g/kg once daily for 30 d. E qual volume of distilled water was given to control group. According to ((Technical Standards for Testing & Assessment of Health Food))(2003), the exhausted swimming time, serum urea level, and hepatic gly cogen content in donkey milk powder groups were compared with those in the control group. Results The swimming time and hepatic glycogen content in high and middle dose donkey milk powder groups were enhanced than those in control group (P 〈0.05). There were no significant differences in serum urea level among donkey milk powder groups and control groups (P 〉0.05). The exhausted swimming time of high dose group was longer than control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Donkey milk powder has the effect of enhancing anti-fatigue ability of mice.
