摘要
本文在分析了面粉定量称重的基础上,设计了一种基于传感器测量信号单闭环负反馈控制的的面粉定量称重系统及监控系统,对称重系统的结构作了一些的改进,将有斗秤改为无斗秤,同时给出了称重传感器、变频器、电动调节阀等的参数,并对控制方式及监控系统的建立等都做了详细的说明。通过仿真实验表明,该系统具有控制精度高,远程监控等优点。
The article is on the basis of quantitative weighing of flour,it designs a Quantitative flour weighing system and a Monitoring System, and improve the structure of the weighing system in someways, changes the storage hopper scales intof non-hopper scales, Made a detailed description of the Weighing equipment for the all parts of the device parameterssuch as weighing transducer, frequency converters ,etc,control methods and the establishment of monitoring systems. The simulation results show that the system has a high control accuracy and can rmon remote monitoring.
