摘要
检测外周血T淋巴细胞、嗜中性粒细胞、CD4+、CD8+细胞百分数及IL-2、IL-4和IFN-γ含量的变化,研究黄芪多糖(APS)对PCV2阳性猪免疫功能的调节作用。结果显示,APS能显著增加外周血T淋巴细胞、NBT阳性细胞、CD4+T细胞百分数及IL-2、IL-4、IFN-γ含量,显著降低CD8+T细胞百分数,推测APS通过上调CD4+细胞百分数、CD4+/CD8+及Th1反应恢复正常免疫机能。
The percentages of peripheral blood ANAE+T lymphocytes,neutrophils,CD4^+ and CD8^+ cells,and the contents of IL-2,IL-4,IFN-γ were detected to study the immunomodulatory effects of APS on the immune functions of PCV2 antigen-antibody positive pigs.The results showed that APS can significantly increase the percentages and contents of these parameters besides decreased percentages of CD8^+ T cells,suggesting that APS may upregulate the percentage of CD4^+ cells,CD4^+/CD8^+ and Th1 reaction to improve the immune functions.
