社区医疗干预高血压防治中的疗效评价

The Efficacy Evaluation of Community Health Interventions in Hypertension Prevention and Treatm

目的:通过调查比较社区高血压防治干预前后,社区居民关于高血压健康意识的知晓率及治疗率和血压控制率,以评价社区高血压干预效果。方法:随机抽取本医院服务范围内的三个村委中两个不同村委35岁以上的社区居民,随机抽取一个村委进行高血压的三级社区医疗干预,另一个村委不进行相关的医疗干预,分别对比两组干预过程中的高血压知晓率、服药率、及测压率,血压控制率,对比干预后两区高血压患者血压变化情况。结果:实行社区干预后,干预区社区居民高血压患者不良生活方式与对照区比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。对高血压的知晓率、测压率、服药率、控制率均较对照区显著提高(P<0.05)。干预区高血压患者平均血压显著低于对照区高血压患者平均血压。结论:社区综合干预措施是提高高血压病人群防治效果的有效途径。

Objective： Comparison of tile community through a survey of hypertension before and after intervention, community residents of awareness about high blood pressure health awareness and treatment rate and blood pressure control rate.to evaluate the effect of community intervention in high blood pressure.Methods：Random sample of the hospital services within the scope of the three village committee ha two different village committee of community residents owr the age of 35.randomly selected a village committee for hypertension.three levels community health interventions,and the other village committee wilthout medical intervention,respectively to intervane in the process of comparing two groups of hypertension awareness.treatment and manometry rate, blood pressure control rote,compared to the two areas alter the intervention of the changes in blood pressure in hypertensive patients.Results： The imaplementatian of community intervention,the intervention of community residents in unhealthy lifestyles in hypertensive patients compared with the control area there is significant difference（P〈0.05）.Pairs of hypertension rote.the rate of medication control.all significantly increased mean blood pressure of hypertensive patients was significantly lower than average blood pressure m hypertensive patients in control areas.Conclusion：Community intervention is an effective way to hnprove the control effect of hypertensive patients.
