摘要
探索了3种不同提取方法——醇回流提取法、超声波提取法、解吸-热提法从茉莉花渣中提取茉莉黄酮的工艺条件,采用正交试验设计的方法对工艺条件进行了优化。结果显示采用超声波法提取黄酮得率较高,最佳工艺条件是:采用50%乙醇水溶液,物料比1∶13(g∶mL),120 W超声波功率,在50℃下提取40 min,总黄酮得率为2.26%。
Three different extraction methods of total flavonoids from the slag of jasmine sarnbac, included ealefaetion circumfluenee extraction, ultrasonic extraction and desorption-heat distilling method, had been investigated and the technical conditions were optimized by the method of orthogonal experiment. The results showed that when 50 % ethanol was used as solvent under 50℃, the slag of jasmine sambac was extracted under 120W of ultrasonic for 40 rain, the total yield of flavonoids was obtained of 2.26 %.
