摘要
简要说明简支结构永磁同步曳引机的主轴变形对整机带来的影响;强调轴所承受的载荷类型属于分布载荷,而非集中载荷;根据此载荷工况,探讨轴的弯矩计算思路以及弯曲变形的计算方法;提出曳引轮与轴配合段等效直径的观点。
This article briefly introduces the effect to the machine caused by the bending deflection of simple supported main shaft of permanent-magnet synchronous gearless traction machine, and points out that the shaft load type is distributing load instead of concentrated load. Also the article discusses the bending moment calculation approach and the calculation way of bend deflection of this shaft based on the load condition. At the same time, it puts forward the viewpoint of the traction sheave and the axis with the equivalent diameter at their fitting position.
