摘要
目的探讨倍频Nd-YAG532nm激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法对68例(112眼)糖尿病视网膜病变患者用激光分别行全视网膜光凝、局部视网膜光凝、黄斑格栅样光凝治疗,术前进行视力、裂隙灯、眼底、眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)检查,治疗后1～3个月复查视力及眼底,3个月后复查FFA。结果光凝治疗后3个月视力提高≥2行38眼(33.93%),无变化64眼(57.14%),视力下降<2行10眼(8.93%)。眼底及FFA检查:视网膜新生血管、无灌注区、黄斑水肿消退或部分消退101眼(90.18%)。无效的6眼(5.36%),黄斑水肿加重2眼(1.79%)、玻璃体出血增加的3眼(2.68%)。结论激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of frequency multiplication Nd-YAG 532nm laser for diabetic retinopathy. Methods Using retina and macula photo-coagulation,to treat 68 cases（112 eyes） of diabetic retinopathy,The eyesight,slit lamp examine,eyeground and fluorescence fundus angiography（FFA） of all the patient were measured before treatment,and to recheck eyesight and eye ground after one or three months,FFA after three months.Results Three months after laser treatment,visual acuity improvement ≥ 2-line 38 eyes （33.93%）,no improvement 64 eyes （57.14%）,decreased vision 〈2-line 10 eyes （8.93%）.Eyeground and FFA examination：retinal neovascularization,non-perfusion area and macular edema wholly or in part subsided 101 （90.18%）.Invalid 6 eyes （5.36%）,macular edema aggravation 2 eyes （1.79%）,vitreous hemorrhage increase 3 eyes （2.68%）.Conclusion The laser treatment for diabetic retinopathy have significant curative effect.
