摘要
汽车喇叭是汽车安全系统中不可缺少的电器元件。低成本、长寿命、高可靠性和耐环境适应能力已成为汽车电喇叭的发展方向。本文分别阐述机械触点式喇叭、定频电子喇叭、随频电子喇叭和混合机电喇叭的结构特点与工作原理,并提出了包括理论建模、虚拟样机技术的应用以及测试平台的研制等有利于提高汽车电喇叭产品可靠性的关键技术。
Automobile horn is the key component in automobile security system. The low - cost, long life time, high reliability and environment adaptability are the development direction of automobile electric horn. The princi- ple and structure characteristics of mechanical contact horn, stable frequency electronic horn, frequency change e- lectronic horn and mechanical - electronic horn are present. The key technology including the building mathematic models, applying the virtual prototype technology and developing the test flat etc. are proposal to improve reliability of automobile electric horn product.
