摘要
针对高温对黏土粒子的作用,对不同钠膨润土含量的基浆在不同温度热滚后的性能进行分析,得出黏土颗粒在不同温度下对钻井液的流变性能影响较大,从常温到90℃,钻井液表观黏度呈递增状态,且在90℃时达到最大值;之后随温度升高急剧减小,在150℃时出现最小值;从150℃到200℃,表观黏度随温度升高略有增大。同时,分析了不同温度对钻井液中黏土的作用机理。该研究结果为深井、超深井水基钻井液提供理论基础。
Hot rolling of drilling fluids containing different concentration of sodium montmorillonite at different temperatures is done to study the effect of high temperature on clay particles. The apparent viscosity of the fluids increases with temperature,from room temperature to 90 ℃,at which the maximum viscosity is obtained,and then decreases with temperature,reaching its minimum at 150 ℃. The apparent viscosity increases slightly between 150 ℃ and 200 ℃. The mechanism the temperature affects the apparent viscosity of drilling fluid is discussed in this paper.
