摘要 用于水平井和多分支井的水基钻井液多含有生物聚合物,其滤饼清除工作一直都是困扰施工作业的难题。总结了近年来国内外新兴的生物酶滤饼清除方法。虽然酶的生物活性目前只能在一定的温度和pH值下作用,但生物酶滤饼破胶剂仍然有很大的发展潜力。如何提高酶破胶剂的使用范围(高温、高pH值)以及提取更优良的特异性酶破胶剂是未来研究的重点。 Mud cakes in horizontal and multilateral wells generally contain biopolymer and are difficult to remove. This paper summarizes the technologies of using bio-enzyme to remove mud cakes newly developed in recent years. Although an enzyme only becomes biologically active under a specific temperature and pH,removing mud cakes using enzymes is still prospective. Research work should be focused on how to improve the performance of enzyme in the future.
