摘要
本文简要介绍了广州有色金属研究院研制成功的GZD动筛跳汰机的特点,并详细叙述了实际应用的成果。采用该机预选大厂92号贫锡矿20—3mm矿石,获得精矿回收率Sn90.00%、Pb79.87%、Zn87.04%,丢废率49.05%的满意指标。这一试验的成功,为大厂贫锡矿合理开发利用创出了一条新途径。
On the basis of the success of our development of the GZD vibrating screen jig, the jig was used in pre concentration of 20_3mm range in the 92# poor tin ore in Dachang Mine,resulting in satisfactory indexes: the recoveries of Sn,Pb and Zn are 90.00%,79.87% and 87.04% respectively;the discharge rate of tailings is 49.05%. The success of the test has created an effective way for the development of the poor tin ore in Dachang Mine.
