CO_2激光治疗重度宫颈糜烂

Treatment of the deep cervical dysplasia with CO 2 laser

作者用ＣＯ２激光治疗了重度宫颈糜烂２９２例，单纯型２４例，颗粒型１６６例，乳突型１０２例。结果：２８２例获治愈（９６．２％），其中２４９例（８５．２％）一次性痊愈，１０例好转，无一例无效。说明该疗法简便，迅速，无明显副作用，疗效显著，是治疗重度宫颈糜烂的有效方法。

To observe the effect of the treatment of deep cervical dysplasia with CO 2 laser, the author applied it to treat 292 cases of deep cervical dysplasia. Pathological types are: 24 cases of simple types, 166 cases of grainy types, 102 cases of papillary types. 282 (96.2%) cases was cured, in which 249 cured only accepting one time laser therapy, 10 cases turned well, no case was uneffected. The results indicate CO 2 laser therapy was effective for patients with deep cervical dysplasia.
