摘要
在数字图书馆条件下,图书馆应该从强化服务空间、服务活动出发,进而发展到服务信道的拓展和延伸,以便为读者提供富有主动性与互动性的实时服务、跟踪服务和个性化服务等服务理念。
This paper puts forward that under the conditions in the digital library, the library should strengthen the service space, service activities in order to expand and extend the service channel, provide readers with rich initiative and interactive real-time services, tracking services, personalized service, and other advanced services.
