体育院校应用型人才培养理念下课程体系优化的研究

Curriculum System Optimization of Sports Colleges and Universities under the Idea of Application Personnel Training

从体育院校应用型人才培养对课程体系要求的角度,分析各体育院校课程体系的现状,指出目前我国体育院校课程体系存在着课程学科化、课程设置专门化、课程结构失衡、因人设课现象普遍存在、实践教学体系存在缺失等方面的问题,并提出体育院校课程体系优化的策略:从复杂范式视野优化课程体系;关注社会发展,同人才培养目标保持较高的符合度;课程体系的构建主体由"单一化"走向"多元化";改善办学条件,为课程体系优化提供保障;强化实践教学课程,增强学生就业实力。

From the point of view of application personnel training to the curriculum system request in sports colleges and universities,this paper analyzes present situation of sports colleges and universities＇ curriculum system.It points out the curriculum disciplinization,the curriculum specialization,the curriculum structure unbalanced,the phenomenon of setting up class follow someone,the absence of practice teaching system and so on in colleges and universities of our country at present.It also proposes the optimizational strategy：Optimizing the curriculum system from the complex model field of vision;Attention to social development,maintaining high degree of conformity with the personnel training goal;The main body of curriculum system construction by head for ＂multiplication＂ from ＂simplification＂;Improvingt school condition,providing ensurence for curriculum system optimization;Strengthening practice teaching curriculum,and enhancing the students＇ strength in obtaining employment.
