湖南现代农业发展水平评价

THE DEVELOPMENT OF MODERN AGRICULTURE IN HUNAN PROVINCE LEVEL EVALUATION

随着世界农业现代化进程加快,采用科学的标准尺度来描述和衡量农业发展的状况是必须的,在参考现阶段国内外众多农业现代化评价指标体系的基础上建立湖南现代农业评价指标体系,结果表明:湖南省农业总体上已处在现代农业的初步发展阶段,其中农业投入水平较高,处于现代农业的基本实现阶段;农业产业化尚处于起点阶段;农业生产已具有一定的科技含量;农业支持保障水平尚处于起点阶段,农业经济结构处于农业现代化的起点阶段;全面推进农业现代化已具备了较好的社会经济条件和物质技术基础。湖南提前实现农业现代化具有多方面的有利条件,但也存在制约因素,有许多难点需要解决。

With the speeding up process of the agricultural modernization in the world,In view of this,this article establish Hunan evaluation index system of modern agriculture in the reference number of evaluation index system at home and abroad;Using Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine evaluation indicators of the weight;Using the standard method for the standardization of data processing,the calculating results show that：our province＇s agriculture has been the preliminary stage of the process in modern agriculture development. Among them,the level of investment in agriculture is high contrasting other index,which achieve the basic stage;agricultural industrialization is still at the starting stage;Hunan＇s agricultural production has achieve a certain degree of scientific and technological level;the level of agricultural support system is still at the starting stage,the agricultural economic structure also lies in the starting phase of realize its modernization. Overall,the comprehensive promoting the development of agricultural modernization,Hunan possess the advantages of socio-economic conditions and material and technical basis,and also a wide range of others favorable conditions,but there are also many constraints,and many difficulties to be resolved.
