摘要
蜂胶作为保健食品食用的历史悠久。以往研究多关注其免疫调节、抗菌消炎作用和化学成分的分离鉴别,本文综述了近几年蜂胶降血脂的实验研究并初步探讨了其降血脂的机理。动物试验和人体试食试验都显示蜂胶能有效地降低血脂,可能与其所含的众多化学成分相互作用有关。
Propolis has a long history as a kind of health food. Previous researches focused on its effect on immunoregulation, anti - bacterial or inflammation activity, as well as the separation and identification of the chemical compositions. This review is about the researches of propolis on reducing blood lipids and primary discussion on the mechanism of reducing blood lipids. Animal trials and human experiment showed that propolis could reduce the blood lipids effectively,which might be the consequence of interaction of many chemical compositions.
