领导力是不可或缺的教师教育者素养之要素,当代教师教育者应具备领导力。教师教育者领导力养成之路径在于:以先进的教师价值品质引领教师教育事业,以坚定的个人信念成就教师教育者个体与群体的职业理想,以强有力的教师教育者的领导力形塑未来教师的领导力。
Leadership is an unalienable element of the teacher educators＇ professional compositions.Contemporary teacher educators ought to be equipped with leadership.The routes of developing teacher educators＇ as an educator leadership lie in leading the professional work by his/her advanced value qualities,contributing to the professional ideal of the individual teacher and the teacher educators＇ community through his firm professional beliefs and cultivating teacher＇s professional leadership with his/her professional leadership.
