综采面液压支架故障诊断机理及检测技术研究 被引量:19

摘要 分析了井下液压支架故障高发问题、故障类型及原因.基于液压故障诊断原理研制了适用于综采支架的便携式隔爆矿用本安型泄漏故障检测仪,并提出了液压系统泄漏故障的诊断判据.白龙煤矿现场实测结果表明,该检测技术能准确判定支架泄漏故障部位及严重程度,提高了支架可靠性并减少了支架-围岩事故的发生率;同时,有效节约了检修时间并提高了劳动效率和经济效益. The serious fault problem, fault type and failure cause of hydraulic support are analyzed. The portable, flameproof and intrinsically safe detector of leakage fault was developed for mechanized mining support, based on the diagnosis principle of hydraulic fault. Then the diagnosis criteria of leakage fault in hydraulic system are proposed. Field observation results in Bailong mine showed that the location and severity of hydraulic support leakage fault could be accurately detected by use of that detection technology. As a result, the support reliability was improved, the downtime due to support and surrounding rock decreased; at the same time, maintenance time is effectively saved, labor efficiency and cost-effective is improved.
