摘要
用共沉淀法、水热法合成了一系列镍铝水滑石,研究了不同沉淀剂对所制备水滑石结晶度及层状结构有序性的影响,结果表明以尿素为沉淀剂水热法合成的水滑石结晶度和层状结构有序性最好。在一定温度范围内对经不同温度焙烧后的样品进行了焙烧复原试验,借助XRD、FT-IR、TEM、BET等分析手段对所制备的水滑石样品进行了表征,考察了焙烧温度和复原条件对样品结构记忆效应的影响。结果表明,在实验的复原条件下,200-350℃焙烧后的镍铝水滑石样品能完全复原;焙烧温度越高,焙烧样品越难复原,当温度升至900℃时,焙烧样品结构完全无法复原。
A series of nickel aluminum hydrotalcites were synthesized by hydrothermal methods with urea used as the precipitant,and a further exploration on the synthesis conditions was carried out accordingly.Experiments on restoration of calcined samples were also conducted.The prepared samples were characterized in detail by XRD,FT-IR,TEM,and BET techniques.Under the conditions of the recovery experiment,Ni-Al hydrotalcites samples that were calcined at temperatures ranging from 200 ℃ to 350 ℃ could be restored completely.The structure of LDO samples could not be completely restored if the calcination temperature rose further to a structural collapse temperature.
