手术治疗脊柱结核36例分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察手术治疗脊柱结核的疗效。方法治疗脊柱结核36例,其中颈椎4例、胸椎13例、腰椎19例。均采用病灶清除椎间植骨融合内固定术。术后继续抗痨治疗12~16个月。结果术后随访1~5 a,切口均一期愈合,椎间植骨融合好,脊柱结核无复发。结论采用病灶清除椎间植骨融合内固定术治疗脊柱结核,病变组织清除彻底,脊柱稳定性好,结核不易复发。
