STUDY ON OPTIMIZING OF THE PREPARATION TECHNOLOGY OF Al2O3 SOL AND ITS CHARACTERISTICS

摘要 本文通过对Al2O3溶胶制备的原料进行了选取,对Al2O3溶胶的制备过程的主要影响因素———加水量、胶溶剂和温度进行了分析,优化了Al2O3溶胶的制备工艺,并提出了一种较为快捷的制备工艺,制得了稳定透明的Al2O3溶胶;Al2O3溶胶的存放比较稳定,在浓度为异丙醇铝:水小于1∶100时可存放时间大于3个月。对Al2O3溶胶的性质进行了探讨,发现Al2O3溶胶可以稳定存放的pH值为3.5~4.5。酸性太强或碱性太强都会引起Al2O3溶胶的凝胶。Al2O3溶胶之所以能够比较稳定地存放是由于胶粒之间的斥力造成的。Al2O3溶胶和凝胶之间没有绝对界限,可以相互转变。 The raw materials for preparing Al2O3 sol are selected and the main factors(water content,catalyst and temperature) which affect the preparation technology have been analyzed. The preparation technology of Al2O3 sol is optimized and a faster preparation method of Al2O3 sol is proposed. Stable and transparent Al2O3 sols are prepared. Al2O3 sol can be stably stored comparably.As the mole ratio of Al(C3H7O)3 to water is less than 1100,the sol can be stored more than 3 months without gelating. The characteristics of Al2O3 sol and the gelating mechanisms of the sol have been studied. It showed that the Al2O3 sol can be stored stably when the pH value is between 3.5 and 4.5. The Al2O3 sol will gelate when the acidity or alkalinity of the sol is very strong. It is the repulsion that keeps the A2O3 sol being stored stably. There is no absolute bound between the Al2O3 sol and its gel, the Al2O3 sol and its gel can be transformed each other.
