摘要
阳极氧化预处理模拟试验结果表明,合金中锌含量增高,局部腐蚀趋向严重,阳极氧化质量降低.利用EPMA分析表明,中和前腐蚀区锌含量较未腐蚀区高约2.6倍,较中和后高约30倍,研究认为,微量锌是以溶解-有选择地再沉积方式促进局部腐蚀从而影响阳极氧化效果.
By means of MET and EPMA, localized corrosion morphology and composition on the surface of 6063 aluminium extrusion were investigated. It was shown that Zn impurity in the 6063 alloy could promote the occurrence and development of localized corrosion in dissolution-redeposition. It was also found that as Zn content in the 6063 alloy increased, the corrosion was more serious, and anodizing quality was lower.
