耐海水腐蚀钢10CrMoAl的组织结构和性能研究 被引量:21

摘要 采用国产180 mm厚连铸坯试制了耐海水腐蚀钢10Cr MoAl,研究其显微组织、力学性能和耐腐蚀性能。试验结果表明,10Cr MoAl材料组织为铁素体+少量珠光体;材料屈服强度Rel≥420 MPa;抗拉强度Rm≥580MPa;屈强比不大于0.8;240 h周期浸润试验和盐雾试验腐蚀速率分别为0.102、0.110 mg/(cm2.h)。 Seawater corrosion-resistant steel 10CrMoAl was developed with 180 mm continuously cast slab, and the microstructure and properties of 10CrMoAl were studied by microstructural analysis, mechanical tension test and interior accelerated test. It is found that: the microstructure of 10CrMoAl is ferrite plus a small amount of pearlite; the yield strength Rel≥420MPa; the tensile strength Rm≥580 MPa; and the yield ratio≤0. 8. At the time of 240 h, the corrosion rates in cyclic wet dry immer sion test and salt spray test are 0. 102 mg·cm^-2 ·h^-1 and 0. 110 mg·cm^-2 · h^-1, respectively.
