Multi-regression Analysis on Rural Land Circulation

如何更好地推进农村土地流转,以期促进农村经济的进一步发展是一个值得探讨的命题。以中国人民大学2005年开展的农村土地调查数据为基础,分析农村土地流转情况,用多元Logistic回归分析考察家庭人口规模、家庭从事非农产业人口数、地域等因素对农村土地流出、流入的影响程度及影响方向,以期能为引导和规范农村土地流转提供相关依据。

How to promote land circulation,thus to stimulate the further development of rural economic,is a proposition worth studying.This article focuses on the current situation of rural land circulation,using multi-Logistic regression to examine the influencing factors on rural land circulation based on the data collected from the survey into rural land conducted in 2005.Tactics and suggestions to regulate the circulation of rural land are provided.
