Prospect over the Techniques of Smart Distribution Network in China

摘要 当前国际上以提高供电质量和可靠性,解决分布式能源分散化小容量多数量接入为目的的智能配电网受到人们越来越多的重视,从而提出了规划和发展智能电网的迫切需求。鉴此,从智能配电网的优化规划和自愈结构设计、智能配用电的量测和通信技术、智能配电的信息系统、智能配电网的高级配电自动化技术、智能配用电新技术与新装备等几个方面,对适合中国国情的智能配用电技术的发展作了展望。 The concept of smart distribution network is one of the focus in power systems wordwide presently as it is involved in the issues to improve the power quality and reliability and to get solution for the interconnection of distributed energy resources, which are dispersed greatly and thus each is small and the total number is large, to distribution networks, and thus it is an urgent request to plan and develop smart grid. This paper makes a prospect over the development of smart distribution techniques in China, including several aspects, such as smart distribution network optimal planning and the design of self-healing configuration, smart distribution network sensor and communication technique, information system of smart distribution network, advanced distribution automation of smart distribution network, new techniques and equipments of smart distribution network.
