摘要
分析液压支架立柱外载特征,提出了抗冲击双伸缩立柱结构和原理,建立了双级伸缩立柱冲击力学模型,分析了影响立柱抗冲击性能的因素;进行双伸缩立柱底阀动态分析和设计,解析双伸缩立柱"爬行"现象,给出了避免"爬行"应采取的措施。
This paper analyzed prop' s external load characteristic of powered support and presented the structure and principle of double-telescopic prop against shocking. A shocking mechanics model of double-telescopic prop was set up to analyze influence factors of prop' s anti-shocking property. It also made dynamic analysis and design for bottom valve of double-telescopic prop, and analyzed "crawl" phenomenon of double-telescopic prop. Measures for avoiding "crawl" were presented.
