谈如何提升企业新员工的工作适应性 被引量:7

摘要 国内外严峻的经济形势,企业人才的激烈竞争,使新员工的工作适应问题显得尤为突出。新员工的工作适应是一个动态发展的过程,本文在总结工作适应相关理论的基础上,分析了新员工的工作适应过程,最后提出了提高新员工工作适应水平的对策。
