摘要
为实时了解水力机组运行状况,实现水电站优化调度与经济运行,采用虚拟仪器和MATLAB相结合的技术开发了一套集数据采集、水轮机运行工况实时三维立体显示和数据储存功能为一体的监储系统。简单介绍了水力机组参数的测量原理,重点介绍了基于虚拟仪器的系统主控界面的设计及LabVIEW和MATLAB混合编程的方法。运行实践表明该系统操作灵活方便,能对水力机械的实时运行工况进行三维立体直观表达。
In order to know the real time operation condition of hydroturbine unit and realize the optimal and economical operation of hydropower station, a set of monitoring and data storage system with the integrated functions of data acquisition, real time 3D display of operation condition and data storage is developed with the techniques of virtual instrument and MATLAB. The prin- ciple for measuring the parameters of the turbine unit is briefly introduced herein, and then the design of the virtual instrument based main control interface and the method for the hybrid programming of LabVIEW and MATLAB are described in detail as well. The operation practice shows that the system is flexible and convenient in operation; with which tile real time operation condition of the hydroturbine unit can be visually expressed with 3D display.
