髋臼骨折的手术疗效

Operative treatment effect for acetabular fracture.

目的总结髋臼骨折的手术治疗体会。方法对12例髋臼骨折患者行Kocher—Langenbeck入路切开复位内固定。结果全组患者随访6—24个月，按Matta标准：解剖复住5例，满意复住6例，不满意复位1例。疗效按Harris百分评分法：优8例，良3例，尚可1例。结论手术治疗髋臼骨折，固定可靠，疗效满意。

Objective To summarize operative technique and results of acetabular fracture. Methods 12 cases of acetabular fracture were cut open and reset inside fix through Kocher - Langenbeck approach. Results All patients were followed up for 6 - 24 months. According to Matta reduction criteria,it was excellent in 5 cases, good in 6 eases and not satisfied in 1 case. According to Harris＇s clinical grade,the results were excellent in 8 cases, good in 3 cases and fair in t case. Condusion Operative treatment for acetabular fracture can provide satisfactory clinical effect.
