双流道泵固液两相流的数值计算与分析 被引量:8

摘要 基于Fluent软件中的Mixture模型,采用Simplec算法和RNGκ-ε两方程湍流模型对双流道泵内固液两相流进行了数值计算和分析;计算结果显示颗粒进入叶轮后,直接撞击后盖板,大部分颗粒沿叶轮工作面和后盖板前进,最终从叶轮出口末端流入压水室;颗粒在压水室内有沿壁面运动的趋势,但不会在压水室逗留,可以沿流道顺利流入发散管,少部分从叶轮经隔舌直接流入发散管。同时,仿真结果表明:在同一体积浓度下,粒径的变化对压力场的影响比较小,但对固液两相的离析影响较大,粒径越大颗粒越容易聚集,且运动速度也越大。 Based on the Mixture model of Fluent software, Simplee algorithm and RNG κ-ε turbulence model were used to calculate and to analyze the solid-liquid two-phase flow in double-channel pump. The calculation results showed that the particle hits the cover firstly, followed by most of the particle's forward along pressure surface of the impeller and the cover; which, finally, outflow from end of the impeller outlet to the volute. In the volute, the particle trended to accumulative along the wall, and most of them can flow to the outlet without a stay in the volute, while others flew to the outlet from impeller directly. The particle's radius had few differences with pressure field with the same concentration in volume, while had a serious influence with the solid-liquid segregation, which was the bigger the radius was, the more easily the particles can accumulative and the flow rate went faster.
