摘要
职业教育和培训质量保障参照框架是欧盟开发的共同工具之一,各国自愿参加实施,框架的实施分四个阶段,构建了两级评价指标体系,建立了质量保障共同原则。基于其现实意义,我国应加以参考借鉴,探索建立职业教育质量保障体系,构建可测量的评价监测指标体系。
European Quality Assurance Reference Framework for Vocational Education and Training (EQARF)is one of common tools developed by EU and member countries could implement it on a voluntary basis. The implementation of the framework is divided into four stages and the framework has established a two-level evaluation indicators system and Common Principles for Quality Assurance. China should draw on international experiences and practice to explore the establishment of a measurable evaluation and monitoring indicators system under the framework of quality assurance for vocational education.
