莱钢抗震结构用热轧带肋钢筋的研发

摘要 介绍了莱钢结合HRB400热轧带肋钢筋生产经验,按钢筋的钢种、规格大小采用不同的微合金化方法,进行窄成分范围设计;并采用了合理的冶炼和加热、轧制等生产工艺参数,成功开发了HRB500E抗震钢筋,并优化提升了HRB400E钢筋的抗震指标。证明莱钢目前生产的抗震钢筋抗震性能优良,强屈比、延伸率、冷弯性能均达到了标准要求,具有较好的综合性能,能够较好地满足工程抗震设计、施工的要求。 Base on the experience of HRB400 ribbed bar, Laiwu Steel Corporation developed the HRB500E reinforced ribbed bar, optimized HRB400E quality index. Adopted different micro-alloying method and designed narrow composition range according to grade and dimension, designed reasonable the producing process parameter about smelting, heating and rolling. It shows the shock resistance of the reinforced ribbed bar is fine. Yield radio , elongation and bend reached the requests of the standard. The product has better integration performance,which can meet the need of project design and construction.
