目的系统阐述医疗机构如何管理和使用麻醉药品、第一类精神药品。方法从管理机构和人员,培训及考核办法,麻精药品的采购、储存和保管,专用病历的管理及使用,调配以及安全管理等方面进行阐述。结果与结论通过对临床医师、管理人员的培训考核,实现麻醉药品、第一类精神药品从采购、储存到使用的规范化管理,更好的为广大患者服务。

Objective To systematically expounded the medical institutions on how to manage and use of narcotic drugs and the first kind of psychotropic drug.Methods From the regulatory agencies and personnel,training and assessment methods,procurement,storage and custody of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drug,private medical records management and use of deployment,as well as security management and other aspects were described.Results and Conclusion By clinicians,management training assessment,narcotic drugs,psychotropic drugs from the first purchase,storage and usage are standardized managed,in order to service for the majority of patients.
