摘要
以卫星故障的诊断和排除为背景,设计了一种基于知识的卫星故障远程专家诊断系统;分析了诊断系统的总体框架,阐述了系统的工作过程;重点设计了系统的远程诊断中心,建立了系统的诊断信息流程,构建了专家知识库;考虑到操作人员对卫星设备的掌握程度不同,系统在故障判别决策上采用顺序诊断推理和快速诊断推理两种方式,提高了系统的诊断效率;同时,采用端对端保密交互和数据通信保密交互两种手段,提高了系统的保密性和安全性;通过多次卫星发射任务检验,该专家诊断系统能够准确定位卫星故障单元,具有定位准确、排故有效、安全可靠等优点,对缩短卫星发射的任务准备时间、提高航天发射的可靠性具有重大的工程意义。
In the background of diagnosis and obviation of satellite fault, a satellite fault remote expert diagnosis system based on knowledge is designed. Especially, the remote diagnosis center is introduced, diagnosis information flows is established, and knowledge database of expert system is built. Considering diverse operation of personnel who master the satellite devices differently, the expert system adopts sequence diagnosis reasoning and fleet diagnosis reasoning in fault judgement decision--making, which boost the diagnosis efficiency of the system. At the same time, the system introduces ports to ports secrecy alternation and data communication secrecy alternation, which improve the secrecy and security of the system. Through time after time satellite launch mission verifying, the expert diagnosis system can orient the fault cell of satellite by rule and line, and has the virtues of orientation accurately, obviation fault efficiently, security and reliability, ect. The system is of great engineering signification to shorten the preparation period of satellite launch mission and advance the reliability of aerospace launch.
