水通道蛋白1、3在糖尿病心肌病大鼠心肌组织的表达及意义 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨水通道蛋白1、3(AQP1、3)在糖尿病心肌病状态下的表达及生理作用。方法取糖尿病心肌病模型大鼠心肌组织及正常大鼠心肌组织,应用免疫组织化学方法检测AQP1、AQP3在心肌组织中的表达及分布。结果AQP1、AQP3广泛分布于正常及糖尿病心肌组织中,糖尿病心肌较正常心肌的免疫组化阳性指数有所降低(P<0.05)。结论AQP1、3在糖尿病心肌病心肌组织中的表达较正常组织降低,可能在糖尿病心肌病的发生和发展中发挥重要的生理作用。
