摘要
介绍进口RRCA445-HS型精轧机机芯动密封的结构和密封原理,研制出一种满足RRCA445-HS型精轧机机芯密封要求的动密封,实现了该动密封的国产化。该动密封以40Cr为密封材料,为提高其耐介质侵蚀能力和耐磨能力,对动密封进行整体等离子渗氮处理,对表面进行陶瓷喷涂耐磨处理。
The structure and principle of the dynamic seal for the finishing mill core of RRCA445-HS were introduced. The dynamic seal of finishing mill core was developed, which can meet the seal require of the finishing mill core of RRCAd45-HS. This dynamic seal adopted 40Cr as material, it was treated by nitriding technique and ceramic spraying technique in order to improve the properties of corrosion resistance and antiwear.
