Effect of Different Plant Growth Regulators on Korla Fragrant Pear Quality and Morphological Characteristics

摘要 【目的】以库尔勒香梨为试验材料,研究不同植物生长调节剂对库尔勒香梨果实品质及形态的影响。【方法】2008年4月,不同花期喷施不同植物生长调节剂,9月测定不同处理的香梨品质及形态指标。【结果】初花期喷施PBO、萘乙酸(NAA)均能提高香梨的单果重和可溶性固形物含量;而脱落酸(ABA)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、吲哚丁酸(IBA)和激动素(KT)均使果实单果重降低,硬度增加。花期多效唑(PP333)处理使果实的单果重、硬度、可溶性糖含量和可滴定酸含量均降低,乙烯利(ETH)单果重降低,ABA处理的固酸比高于对照。除了初花期赤霉素(GA3)处理的果型指数显著大于对照外,花期各处理的果型指数和果柄长度显著低于对照,而果实的核横比和核纵比基本上高于对照。【结论】初花至盛花期喷施PBO和NAA对提高香梨的品质及降低果型指数和果柄长度效果较好,落花期各处理虽能降低香梨的果型指数,但在提高香梨品质方面均不理想。 [Objective]Korla Fragrant Pear was used to study the effect of some plant growth regulators on its fruit quality and morphological characteristics. [ Method ] Different plant growth regulators were treated with Korla Fragrant Pear in different flower stage in April 2008 to test fruit quality and morphological characteristics in September 2008. [ Result] Treat went with PBO, aphthylaeetic acid(NAA) in early- flowering stage could increase single fruit weight and soluble solid content of Korla Fragrant Pear. But abseisie acid ( ABA ), Indole - 3 - acetic aeid ( IAA), indole butyric ( IBA ) and Spray Kinetin ( KT ) in early - flowering stage decrease the single fruit weight, increase soluble solid content. Treatment with PP333 in anthesis could decline single fruit weight, fruit rigidity, soluble solid content and Titration acid contents. The solid - acid ration of Korla Fragrant Pear treated with ABA were higher than of CK. Treatment with each plant growth regulators in anthesis could raise the shape index of fruit treated with GA3 was significantly higher than that of CK in early - flowering stage. But diameter of pit/fruit diameter and longitudinal diameter of pit/longitudinal diameter of fruit were higher than that of CK. [ Conclusion] Treatment with PBO and NAA at initial flower stage could effectively improve Korla Fragrant Pear quality and decline index of fruit shape and length of earpopodium. Each treatment in late - flowering stage could diminish the shape index of fruit, but there is not any improving effect on fruit quality.
